WaveMan collects public filings from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other official government sources — insider trades, fund holdings, congressional disclosures, federal contracts, PAC filings — and presents them in a searchable form. Access is currently free, all of it.

Everything on this site is information, not advice. We are not brokers, investment advisers or financial planners, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past performance does not predict future results. Investing carries the risk of losing money. Decisions you make with this information are your own responsibility, and you should consider talking to a licensed professional.

The underlying filings are written by the filers, not by us, and they contain errors. We correct what we can detect and publish our methodology and back-testing openly, including results that are unflattering. Even so, the data is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may be incomplete or out of date.

You may use WaveMan for your own research, including commercial research. You may not scrape the site in bulk, circumvent rate limits or sign-in requirements, resell the data as your own product, or attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' accounts.

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service. You can stop using WaveMan at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.

Price charts are supplied by TradingView under their own terms. Government filings are public records; our analysis and presentation of them are ours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including trading losses, lost profits or data errors.
